Can this really replace an admin hire?
For the repetitive part of the job, yes: data entry, invoices, bookkeeping, scheduling and reports. Anything that needs judgment gets flagged to a person, so you only handle the exceptions.
What does it cost?
The audit is a fixed fee of USD 500. Builds are quoted after the audit, once we know the scope. Optional ongoing support is USD 200 a month. Every quote says how much time the build should save you.
Do we need to be technical?
No. We build around the tools you already use, like your accounting software, website platform, spreadsheets and email. We train you and your team, and we stay on hand if anything breaks.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays in your own accounts wherever possible. We only use AI providers whose business terms exclude training on your data, and we list every provider and data flow in the design before anything is built.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Everything runs in your accounts, you get full admin access and documentation, and nothing depends on us to keep running.
How long does it take?
The audit takes 1 week and the build takes another week, so your first workflow can be live within 2 weeks.
